The property owners had been previously advised to tear down the entirety of their existing house and start fresh. Up against significant budget constraints, the project adapted and repurposed much of the existing house and expanded the interior living space with a light-filled two-story volume that creates additional bedrooms and a welcoming entry for a young family.
